By subscribing to the DOXI WEBSITE Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

✔️ Subscription Cost: The DOXI WEBSITE Plan requires a monthly recurring payment of $97 USD until cancelled by the subscriber.

📝 Services Offered: DOXIDONUT LLC provides website design and related services to businesses in various categories.

🤑 Plan Details: This plan includes a non-transferrable Premier Designed landing page, powered by Google Wix SEO Analytics, exclusively serviced through DOXIDONUT LLC. The promotion remains active until cancelled.

🕒 Turnaround Time: The turnaround time for the plan is 7-14 days after the completion of the doxi FOLLOW-UP questionnaire available at www.doxidonut.com/follow-up.

🔑 Subscriber Access: Subscribers will have access to the Wix CRM Dashboard and Basic Visitor Analytics Monthly Report. The plan includes hosting and a free domain (optional domains will be provided for selection).

🔓 Free-Trial Redemption: To redeem full service during the free-trial, subscribers need to complete the automated questionnaire sent to their email. The sooner the questionnaire is completed, the sooner subscribers can access full service during the free-trial period.

⚠️ Ownership: All design materials, including web content, created under the plan will be sent via Google Drive to the client who is the business owner. DOXIDONUT LLC retains full ownership of the design, hosting, domain, and coding of the website.

🐾 Plan Features: The plan includes SEO, graphic design, custom compositions, visual content creations, ad and email marketing set-up, doxi algorithm development, infographics, animation, audio, monthly visitor analytics report, CRM design and dashboard setup, desktop, tablet, and mobile-friendly design, LIVE SMS application and integration, one-page website "Landing Page," doxi maintenance per domain, Wix Editor X Launch Domain & Hosting Plan, and 2K (max) organic content words + keywords.

❌ Subscription Cancellation: Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their membership portal and also sending an email to info@doxidonut.com for record-keeping purposes.

⚠️ Refunds: There is no refund for the DOXI WEBSITE Plan. However, DOXIDONUT LLC offers a 30-day FREE TRIAL for subscribers to evaluate their experience with the NEW Website.

⚠️ Optional Services: If the subscriber cancels their subscription, they have 30 days after cancellation to redeem their new domain for an additional fee of $500. Alternatively, subscribers may choose to redeem full ownership of the site and design after subscription cancellation for an additional fee of $2500. Once the payment is completed, full ownership of the domain and/or site will be transferred to the subscriber's email account via GoDaddy.com and/or Wix.com (DOXIDONUT LLC Partners). This gives subscribers access to the Wix Editor X Platform for that specific website.

⚠️ Payment Due Date: Failure to complete the subscription payment on the due date will result in the disconnection of the domain. On the 31st day, an additional fee of $50 will be charged to reinstate the subscription. Throughout the active subscription, subscribers can update payment or billing details and/or cancel their subscription.

🤑 Annual Payment Option: Subscribers interested in paying for the entire year in advance can consult with Josh "Principal Designer" to receive a direct offer.
